Originally from Atlanta, Dr. Moreira completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia and earned her medical degree at Mercer University School of Medicine. She then completed her combined residency training in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Greenville Hospital System University Medical Center. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Her special interests include newborn care, lactation counseling, adolescent medicine, and preventive medicine. She lives in Simpsonville with her husband and two children. Her interests include sports, hiking, reading, and spending time with family & friends.
