She holds a B.S. in Biology from Coastal Carolina, a DMD from MUSC in Charleston, and completed both a pediatric residency and a Masters at UTHSC Memphis, where she also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Megan believes in partnering with parents to ensure every child feels confident at the dentist, and she delights in building relationships with families across generations. Outside the office, Dr. Megan and her husband, Tomek (whom she met in dental school), are proud parents of Rowan, Finley, and Poppy—and dog parents to rescues Sarge and Shelby. She’s a Pittsburgh native and long-time Steelers fan.

Dr. Nash completed his pediatric specialty at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, DC, serving complex needs including special needs, trauma, and craniofacial conditions at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Inspired by a positive dental experience as a child, Dr. Nash is dedicated to creating welcoming, judgment-free dental visits. He enjoys global dental outreach, outdoor adventures, pickleball, and cherishes time with his wife Marina, son Ezra, and bernedoodle Charleston.

She’s a proud member of the ADA, South Carolina Dental Association, and Greenville County Dental Society, and volunteers at the Greenville Free Dental Clinic. Dr. Reilly delights in getting to know each family and believes great pediatric dentistry is rooted in kindness and fun. Outside of work, she spends time with husband Forrest, enjoys soccer, playing piano, church service, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers.
